Dr. S Ayyappan Nair Started his career as a civilian schoolmaster teaching Indian Jawans in 1963, he served in the Army as a teacher for three years, marking the beginning of his long teaching career. He then spent 40 years with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) in various roles, including Primary Teacher, Trained Graduate Teacher, Post Graduate Teacher, and Principal, retiring in December 2005. Due to his meritorious service, he was granted a two-year extension and received the prestigious National Award from the President of India. He has been a strong advocate for technology in classrooms, leading his school to become a hub for educational innovation and events at both regional and national levels. Among his many accolades are the NCERT award for innovation in education, the Chanakya Award by Education World, the Best Principal Award by SOF New Delhi, and the BGS SEVA RATNA AWARD 2020 from Jagath Guru Sri Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandanatha Maha Swamiji.
Prof. Ajoy Kumar is a Postgraduate in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala and holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, Karnataka. He is currently working as Associate Professor and Head of the MBA Department at Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT), Tumakuru. He has more than 25 years of experience in higher education in the field of Management. He has served the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) as Academic Associate during 1996-98. He was a visiting faculty at various B-Schools such as Gujarat University, ICFAI B-School, NIFT Gandhinagar etc. He has conducted workshops on Finance at various institutions including NMIMS Bangalore, IMER Belagavi, RNSIT Bangalore etc. He has written case studies published by the Economic Times as well as JMP, a division of SAS
Dr. Mahesh Kumar K.R. has over 32 years of experience in education, specializing in managing people in tertiary education. He has significantly contributed to institution building, quality in higher education, and the establishment of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He has served in various leadership roles such as Professor, HOD, Director, Dean, and Principal, particularly in management education at five renowned institutions in Bangalore. Dr. Mahesh is an accomplished author of over 30 textbooks and has published more than 30 research articles. He is also a recognized research supervisor, project guide, and provides professional management consultancy services.
